We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, undamaged or unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package and where to send it. Items that are returned to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain product types cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), customized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Exchange
The quickest way to obtain the item you need is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-day cooling period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days for any reason, without any specific justification. As mentioned above, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them, undamaged or unused, with labels and using the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and send the refund.
